Saints Place Third in Quad Match

April 11, 2001

West Long Branch, N.J. - Siena junior Nancy Padula (Liverpool, N.Y.) turned in a round of 95 to lead the Saints to a third place finish in a quad match at the SunEagles Golf Course in Fort Monmouth, New Jersey. The Saints finished with a 395 team total on the 5,380 yard, par 72 layout. The match was won by Monmouth who turned in a 376 on their home course.

Playing well for the Saints was Stephanie Reeves (Clifton Park, N.Y.) who fired a 99 to finish in seventh place. The sophomore has scored in the top two Saints' finishers in each of Siena's three matches this spring. Also scoring well for the Saints were Casey Diminico (Bethel, Conn.) who shot a 100 and Vanessa Andrews (West Dover, Vt.) who turned in a 101.

Monmouth's Stephanie Coughlin and Wagner's Jessica Rickert each shot 88 to share individual medalist honors.
