ABOUT LICENSING & TRADEMARKS
The Siena University licensing program was developed to promote, protect, and control the proper usage of the Siena University brand. The University manages the presentation of the brand which includes all use of trademarks, service marks, logos, insignias, seals, symbols, or slogans that are associated with or referring to Siena University. The University requires all who use these marks to obtain the approval from Siena University before producing any products that utilize the Siena University brand.
Siena University has partnered with the Nexus Licensing Group to help manage the licensing of the University marks. All revenue generated through licensing is reinvested into Siena University to help fund and support the Siena Athletics program.
All of the above Siena brand logos are the intellectual property of Siena University and are protected under trademark law. Prior written permission must be obtained from Siena University for any use, reproduction, or distribution of any of these logos, in whole or in part. All rights reserved.
