2. Return Form w/Payment (if needed) to Front Desk/ Membership Director

3. Wait 3-5 business days for Processing

4. ID's

• Go to Saints Card Office(Open M-F 8:30-11 & 12-4:30)
• Obtain ID

5. Parking

• Fill out This Form
• Return form to front desk/membership director with vehicle registration and Siena ID
• parking pass given immediately or sent to you

6. Enjoy the MAC
