The Siena College women's golf team captured eighth place at the 6th Annual Springlake Classic at Springlake Country Club in Sebring, Fl.
The Saints ended the two-day tournament with a 638, just five strokes behind seventh-place Gonzaga University and a good 32 strokes ahead of Northern Illinois University, who took the ninth spot.
Laura Woolgar led the Saints with a two-day total of 155 (76, 79)- good enough to land her in the tournament's top-15.
Xavier University claimed the top-spot with a 601, while Florida Gulf Coast University (604), University of California-Riverside (613), University of West Florida (616) and Barry University (621) rounded out the top-five.
The Saints will next head to our nation's capital on March 19-21 for the Georgetown Invitational.
