Tricia Meyers led four Pirates with double figure kills as Seton Hall knocked off Siena in a non-conference match Tuesday night in South Orange. Nadiege Honore and Christie Gustafson combined for 25 kills for the Saints.
Seton Hall won the first game 30-23, the second 30-28 and the third 30-22. The Pirates posted a .425 attack percentage for the match compared to Siena's .218.
Each setter compiled 40 assists, with MAAC Rookie of the Week April London did the honors for Siena.
Honore had a match-high 14 kills, Gustafson had 10 digs to go along with 11 kills.
Libero Jessica Pompei had a match-high 19 gigs for Seton Hall (8-11).
The Saints return to MAAC action this weekend at Fairfield and Iona.
