Final Stats
Aubrey Bobo had 14 kills and 10 digs to lead four Saints with 10 kills or more in a 3-0 (30-18, 30-14 and 30-19) road rout of Niagara Sunday afternoon. With the win, the Saints improve to 20-6 overall and 15-1 in MAAC play this season.
Siena (20-6/15-1) posted a season-high .448 hitting percentage as its offense clicked on all cylinders. Bobo's 14 kills came in just 26 attacks (.462). Nadiege Honore had 12 kills in 21 attacks (.429).
Siena's middle hitters were equally efficient. Kelly Hummel killed 11 of her 17 attacks (.588) and Burgandy McCurty had 11 kills and just 19 attacks (.474).
Setter April London had 41 assists and six digs.
The Saints were rarely challenged, holding Niagara to fewer than 20 points in all three games. After a 30-18 win in game one, Siena dominated play in the second game, 30-14, and cruised to a 30-19 victory in the third game.
Maurin Lawrence led Niagara (7-18/5-11) with eight kills.
Siena will break briefly from conference play, traveling to Syracuse for its final non-league game of the season Tuesday at 7 p.m.
