Four Saints shot sub-80 rounds as the Siena women's golf team surged to a second place standing following the opening round of the Dartmouth Invitational on Cape Cod. Reigning MAAC Golfer of the Month Cortney Tilley led all Siena competitors with a round of 77.

Harvard (301) leads the field, with the Saints (312) close behind. Siena's first round score was its lowest of any round for the year.

Katelynn Mannix (78), Catherine Shomo (79) and Bridget Carr (79) joined Tilley in posting strong sub-80 first round scores.

The Saints return to action tomorrow for the final day of the Dartmouth Invitational in Falmouth, Mass.
