Saints 'Cross' Up Crusaders

Siena swimming and diving continued to ride high Wednesday night, topping Holy Cross 169-127 in Worcester, Mass., for their second win over the Crusaders in less than a week. Junior Kaela Bjornberg and freshman Shannon Love led the Saints with four wins apiece on the day and sparked the Green and Gold to their sixth win this season.

Bjornberg won the 400 medley relay, 100 breast, 200 breast, and 200 I.M. for the Saints (6-2), winning every event she entered. Love was also perfect on the meet, taking down the 400 medley relay, 50 free, 100 free, and 200 free relay. Additionally, freshmen Amanda Podczerwinski, Amanda York, and Jacque Medina won three events each.

Siena returns to the pool Saturday at Vermont.
