Siena junior Victoria Nguyen tied Columbia's Michelle Piyapattra for the top spot at the Bucknell Invitational after shooting a 74 in the final round on Sunday afternoon. Nguyen finished with a 222 at +12 overall in the two-day event.
The Saints finished in fourth place overall, scoring a 325, 308 and 305 in for the two day Tournament.
Rounding out the top three for the Saints were Valerie Wijaya and Mary Fletcher. Wijaya shot a final round 76 to finish the Tournament in the top-20 overall. Fletcher also shot a final round 76 to finish right where she started, tied with teammate Wijaya in 19th place for the Saints third top-20 finish.
The Saints finished nine places ahead of MAAC competitor Niagara University topping then by 89 strokes.
The team had a strong performance and looks to continue to build momentum next weekend when they travel to Dartmouth.
