Siena Women's Golf finished the Dartmouth Invitational fourth, moving up one spot after the second round of play.
Katie Nelson finished the Invitational tied for ninth.
Nelson was able to lower her second round score by two strokes, while the Saints as a team dropped four strokes off their first round score. Nelson moved four spots up the individual leaderboard, and finished as the top individual among all MAAC competitors. Victoria Nguyen was able to drop five strokes off her first round score, rising 16 places on the individual leaderboard. Mary Fletcher rounded out the top three for the Saints finishing tied for 27th.
The Saints shot the fourth lowest team score of the second round, finishing 9 strokes behind third place Dartmouth College. Siena finished 8 strokes ahead of the next MAAC team, Fairfield, who finished tied for seventh. Hartford and Quinnipiac, the other two MAAC teams participating, finished 11th and 12 respectively.
This marks the second year in a row the Saints finished fourth in the Invitational. Siena is back in action for the third weekend in a row as they take on UAlbany and Niagara Sunday.
