Final Standings 
Siena Swimming finished the 2016 ECAC Championships in fourth place out of 14 schools. Wagner College took home the women's title ahead of Long Island University Post.
Siena had a good start to the final day of the meet, placing fourth (4:04.08) in the 400 medley relay. Fiona Dretzka, Erica Askew, Elizabeth Fournier, and Alyssa Lewis swam for the Saints in the event.
Next, in the 500 freestyle, Emma Rupert had Siena's best finish in tenth (5:16.39), while Katie Ludwicki came in 14th (5:20.56). Fournier and Carrie Bonvissutto also picked up points in the race by finishing in the top 20.
Dretzka continued her strong weekend in the pool with an eighth place finish (2:13.08) in the 200 IM later in the meet to keep Siena in fourth place ahead of Pace University.
In the final race of the championships, the 400 freestyle relay, Maggie Davenport, Ludwicki, Dretzka, and Lewis recorded a sixth place finish (3:39.96).
Siena finished with 737 total points, 19 ahead of Pace University, who went back and forth with the Saints for fourth place throughout the weekend.
Siena Swimming will now have a long break from competition. The Saints will return to the Siena Swim Center on Saturday, January 14 at 1 p.m. to face LIU Post. Before the meet, Siena's five seniors will be recognized on the final home contest of their careers.
