The Siena Men's Tennis team finished their opening weekend of the spring season in Providence on Sunday, as they fell to the Ivy League's Brown Bears by a final score of 6-1.
The Saints would fall in doubles play as Brown clinched with wins at #1 and #2 doubles by finals of 6-1 and 6-2. In singles play,
Agustin Suarez would get the lone Siena point, as he was able to take a 6-4, 6-4 straight set victory at #3 singles. The Saints fell elsewhere throughout the lineup, with
Mathis Tremblay falling in a close three-game thriller by a final of 6-1, 4-6, 14-12 in a super set.
Siena return to the court tomorrow, Saturday, Feb. 5 as they will face the ACC's Boston College Eagles in Newton starting at 3 p.m.
