WALLINGFORD, CT – Siena Women's Golf concluded its Fall 2022 campaign with one final round at the Quinnipiac Classic at The Farms Country Club in Wallingford, Connecticut on Tuesday.
The Saints finished eighth at the 54-hole event with a two-day total of +122, 986 (324-319-343). Sacred Heart (+69, 933) led the 11-team field, while MAAC members Quinnipiac (third), Fairfield (seventh), and Hartford (ninth) also participated.
Sophomore Manoela Barcellos (79-80-85) led Siena individually with a 54-hole total of +28, 244 to tie for 25th. Sophomore Jillian Barend (82-80-84) joined senior Emily Nash (80-82-84) in finishing with +30, 246 to split for 29th place. Freshman Mackenzie Whitney (86-77-91) tied for 46th with +38, 254, while junior Margot Osterman (83-98-90) finished 60th at +55, 271.
The Saints have now completed their fall season, and will look forward to the Spring 2023 campaign, which will culminate with the 2023 MAAC Women's Golf Championships.
