The defending MAAC champion Siena Women's Tennis team saw their season come to a close in the MAAC Semifinals on Saturday morning, as the Green and Gold were defeated by a final score of 4-0 at the Mercer Country Park Tennis Center in West Windsor, New Jersey.
 
The Saints fell 1-0 after doubles play, as No. 1 and No. 3 spots finished 6-3 and 6-2. In singles, Siena fell behind early despite strong efforts from Meagan Brown, Maanya Viswanath, and Anastasia Koniaev all pushing their first sets to seven points. Fairfield clinched the match with three singles wins, coming at #1, #3, and #5.
 
Siena ends their season with a 10-12 overall record, and a 5-1 regular season mark in the MAAC. The Saints claimed a share of the program's first regular season title since 2005-06.
