UTICA, NY – Siena Indoor Track continued its 2022-23 season by taking part in regional action at the Pioneer Invitational in Utica, New York on Saturday. The men took seventh as a team, while the women placed eighth.
The men's team got a winner in the form of sophomore Collin Clinton (15:54.0) in the 5,000, while freshman Brody Santagata (4:32.39) took sixth in the mile.
The women's team took three of the top four spots in the 600, with sophomore Keira Flaherty (1:39.19) taking first, junior Jennifer McClintock (1:41.65) running second, and freshman Mattingly O'Rourke (1:44.02) placing fourth. The men's 600 saw junior Griffin Cooke (1:25.36) finish second and senior Ryan Famiglietti (1:28.53) place eighth.
 Flaherty ran a time of 1:09.78 in the 400, while Famiglietti (57.76) and Cooke (58.24) took part in the men's 400. Senior Sydney Levison ran a time of 11:38.39 in the women's 3,000, while sophomore Noah Greski (9:00.08), senior Peter Alden (9:10.19), and sophomore Patrick Fiorillo (9:16.30) took part in the men's 3,000.
The women's 4x400 team of Flaherty, O'Rourke, freshman Izzy McNamee and freshman Julianna Tourangeau finished second with a time of 4:21.02, while the men's group of Famiglietti, Cooke, Fiorillo, and Alden took fifth with a mark of 3:51.13.
The team's indoor season continues next weekend at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational in Boston, Massachusetts February 10-11.
