Despite singles wins from
Sviatoslav Koliadynskyi and
Bruno Loch Varella, the Siena Men's Tennis dropped its dual match at Stonehill 5-2 on the Charles Watt Tennis Courts in Easton, MA on Saturday.
Playing from the singles No. 2 spot, Koliadynskyi, a junior, defeated Alessandro Munoz in three sets, 7-5, 5-7, 6-4.
The Kharkiv, Ukraine native improved his singles record to 6-3.
Varella, a sophomore, topped Benjamin Beaudry 6-1, 6-4 from the singles No. 4 position.
The native of Sao Paolo, Brazil is now 4-1 for the 2025-2026 season.

Santiago Trujillo also teamed to earn a doubles No. 2 victory against the tandem of Nicolas Arredondo and Alessandro Munoz 6-1, however the Saints lost two of three doubles matches for the point.
