LOUDONVILLE, NY – Siena Swimming & Diving freshman Molly Murphy has been named the Metro Conference Diver of the Week following her performance in the Saints' tri-meet against Rhode Island and Stonehill on Oct. 10.

Murphy led Siena in both the one-meter and three-meter diving events, posting scores of 263.03 and 262.35, respectively. Both marks currently stand as the highest scores in the Metro this season in their respective events.

The freshman's performance helped highlight Siena's tri-meet in Kingston, RI, where the Saints defeated Stonehill and competed against the host Rams.

Siena returns to action this Saturday, Oct. 17, when the team heads to Western New York to take on Rochester and Canisius in a tri-meet in Rochester.
