The Siena Outdoor Track Team took their final tune up of competition before the MAAC Championships with six Top-3 finishes at the RPI Capital District Classic at Harkness Field in Troy, NY on Friday.
Senior
Mattingly O'Rourke continued her strong spring in the outdoor track season with a third-place finish in the women's 400-meter with a time of 59.7, the fourth fastest time in program history.
Delaney Spalthoff finished in sixth with a time of 1:01.42 to earn three points for Siena.
Avery Kozerski,
Taylor Syvertsen and
Maris Potter all won their respective heats in the women's 800-meter. Kozerski took the overall event in 2:18.57 followed by
Cameron Sisk's fifth place finish in 2:21.29,
Julianna Tourangeau was sixth in 2:22.79 while Syvertsen earned a point with an eighth-place spot in 2:26.20.
The men's team thrived in the 1,500-meter as
Tyler Greene,
Austin Ferrin and
Luke Tkaczyk finished 2-3-4 in the event. The pack crossed with times of 3:51.50, 3:51.52 and 3:51.81 to rack up 19 additional points.
Summer Reinoehl placed sixth in the seeded women's 1,500-meter race (4:51.95).
The Saints were active in the 4x400-meter relays as the Siena Women's team of
Sara Fitzgerald, Spalthoff, O'Rourke and Kozerski closed out in second place with a final time of 4:08.84.
The Siena Men's 4x400-meter relay team of
Jake Passalugo,
Jake Gogarty,
Ralston Frattarola and
PJ Dauer also finished in second place with a time of 3:34.04.

Next, Siena will gear up for the 2026 MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships hosted by Mount St. Mary's (Md.) on May 9-10.
