LOUDONVILLE, NY—Siena Athletics has announced the hiring of Scott Warren as the new head coach of the Siena Women's Golf program. A PGA Professional since 1996, Warren brings nearly 30 years of experience in golf instruction, collegiate coaching, and golf operations. 
 
His background includes leading collegiate programs, directing golf operations at one of the Capital Region's premier country clubs, and developing players of all skill levels throughout his career.

We are excited to welcome Scott to the department and look forward to the leadership he'll bring to our women's golf program."
 
Warren most recently has owned and operated SimGolf, an indoor golf instruction and simulation facility, where he has provided PGA-level instruction and individualized player development since 2021. Through his business, he has utilized modern training technology to help golfers improve their games while promoting greater participation in the sport.

Prior to launching SimGolf, Warren spent 10 seasons as the head coach of both the men's and women's golf programs at The College of Saint Rose from 2012-22. He guided the programs through all aspects of collegiate competition, including recruiting, practice planning, tournament preparation, player development, academic support, and program administration. Warren helped cultivate a competitive team culture while mentoring student-athletes both on and off the course, preparing them for success in competition and beyond.

A longtime fixture in the Capital Region golf community, Warren spent more than two decades as Head Golf Professional at Pinehaven Country Club, directing golf operations, instruction, member services, clinics, tournaments, and player development initiatives from 1999-2021. He previously served as an assistant golf professional at both Wolferts Roost Country Club and Pinehaven, beginning his professional career in 1991.
 
Among his many accomplishments, Warren was named the Northeastern New York PGA Golf Professional of the Year and received the Bill Strausbaugh Award in 2011. Most recently, he earned the Northeastern New York PGA Player Development Award in 2025, recognizing his continued commitment to growing the game and mentoring golfers throughout the region.
 
Warren will assume his duties immediately and begin preparing the Saints for the upcoming 2026-27 season.
