Biography
Taylor Booth '15 returns to the Saints as an assistant coach for the 2015 season.
The 2014 MAAC Goalkeeper of the Year and First Team All-MAAC selection, Booth appeared in 59 career matches and made 57 starts in goal for the Saints. She graduated ranking third all-time in program history in shutouts (15), tied for fourth in both wins (22) and saves (277) and fifth in goals against average (1.25).
As a senior, Booth became the first goalie in program history to start 20 matches and ranked second in the MAAC with 103 saves in addition to posting a 1.23 goals against average, .798 save percentage and a career-high six shutouts. Named the MAAC Defensive Player of the Week on Oct. 20, she led all MAAC goalkeepers with a .875 save percentage during conference play, while ranking tied for third in both goals against average (0.75) and shutouts (four).
During her junior season, Booth broke the program record by registering four consecutive shutouts and posting a scoreless streak which spanned more than 480 minutes. She also posted three consecutive shutouts at one point during her sophomore season and was named to the MAAC All-Rookie Team following her freshman campaign.
A native of Epping, N.H., Booth graduated from Siena College with her degree in Sociology and earned a Community Development Certificate.
