Biography
AS A JUNIOR:
- Steady presence for Saints in relay events
- Enjoyed a great meet against Holy Cross (10/23) finishing first in the 200 free (1:59.83), second in the 500 free (5:21.11)
- Member of 400 free relay team that beat Assumption 1/24 (3:46.73)
- Finished 10th in the 1650 yard Free at the MAAC Championships (17:43.49)
- Finished second in the 500 yard free vs. Assumption 1/24 (5:22.64) and Sacred Heart 2/1 (5:21.81)
- Member of 400 free relay team that finished sixth in the MAAC Championships

- Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team
AS A SOPHOMORE:
- Named to the MAAC All-Academic team
- Recognized as part of the College Swim Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) for academic excellence
- Participates mostly in distance swims for the Saints, 500 Free and 1000 Free
- Top 50 Free finish was 27.48, recorded against Vermont (11/3)
- Performed well at ECAC Championships (11/30) in the 100 Free, finishing with a time of 55.05
- Top 1000 Free was 10:57.38 in the NE Catholic Invite (10/18)
AS A FRESHMAN:
- Splashed onto the scene for the Saints during her first year
- MAAC Swimmer of the Week 10/24
- Broke a ten-year school record in the MAAC Championships finishing eighth in the 1000 free (10:27.06)
- Won nine individual events
- Top finisher in the 500 free against Holy Cross (5:18.02), New Hampshire (5:21.99), Sacred Heart (5:17.04), and the Northeast Catholic Invite
- Won two other events in the Northeast Catholic Invite: the 200 free (2:00.17) and 1000 free (10:55.47)
- Most dominating victory came in the 1000 free against Holy Cross as she tallied a time of 10:55.73 and beat the second place finisher by over 40 seconds
- Also victorious in the 1000 free against Sacred Heart (10:45.10) and in the 200 free against Bryant and Niagara (1:56.57)
- Notched a top-three finish in 24 of the 32 events she participated in
BEFORE SIENA:
- Earned four varsity letters at Norman
- An Oklahoma Coaches Association All-State selection
- A top-eight finisher in her state meet all four years
PERSONAL:
- Daughter of Narciso and Jamie Medina
- Has three younger brothers, Wyatt, Ethan, and Max
- Enjoys ultimate frisbee, cooking, reading, and listening to music in her spare time
- Chose Siena due to its academic programs and hospitability
- Also recruited by Binghamton, Bryant, Eastern Illinois, Iona, Mesa State, Northern Iowa, NYU, and Rider
