Part of the 4x100m relay that set the school record on May 6, 2018: 49.30
Part of the 4x400m relay that set the school record on March 30, 2019: 3:24.41

2019-20 (SENIOR):
  • MAAC All-Academic Team member for all three sports
  • MAAC Academic Honor Roll member
  • Earned the team's Men's Coaches Award
  • Served as a team captain 
  • Competed in three cross country & six indoor track events
  • Placed 130th at the MAAC Cross Country Championships
  • Win the 1000m race at the Utica Invitational on January 18
  • Ran a personal best in the 1000m at the John Thomas Terrier Classic on January 24 (2:35.98)
  • Placed 23rd in the mile and part of the 4x400m relay team that took seventh at the MAAC Indoor Track Championships
2018-19 (JUNIOR):
  • MAAC All-Academic Team & Academic Honor Roll member 
  • Competed in two cross country events, five indoor track meets and seven outdoor track events 
  • Placed second in the 8k at the James Early Invitational on Oct. 6 with a personal best of 27:43.5
  • Competed in the Distance Medley Relay at IC4A-ECAC Indoor Track & Field Championships on March 2
  • Part of the 4x400 relay that placed fourth at the Black & Gold Invitational on March 30 
  • Ran a personal best 4:26.48 in the mile at the Bison Outdoor Classic on April 13, placing 6th 
  • Took third place in the 1500 meter race at the Bobbi Palma Ualbany Spring Classic on April 18-20 (4:08.16)
  • Ran a personal best 2:00.62 in the 800 meter race at the RPI Capital District Classic on April 27, placing 7th
  • Ran a personal best 4:04.62 in the 1500 meter race at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships May 4-5
  • Part of 4x100 & 4x400 relay teams that eached placed eighth at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships 
2017-18 (SOPHOMORE):
  • MAAC All-Academic Team & MAAC Academic Honor Roll member 
  • Competed in four cross country events, four indoor track meets and five outdoor track events
  • Part of the 4x400 relay team that placed fifth at the Cornell Upstate Challenge on Jan. 20
  • Part of the 4x800 relay team that placed seventh at the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 18
  • Part of the 4x800 relay team that placed third at the Black & Gold Invitational on March 31
  • Ran a personal best 9:02.05 in the 3000 meter race at the Bison Outdoor Classic on April 14
2016-17 (FRESHMAN):
  • MAAC Academic Honor Roll member 
  • Competed in two cross country events, four indoor track meets and five outdoor track events 
  • Finished seventh in the 4x400m relay at the MAAC Outdoor Championship
  • Took fourth in the mile at the Class of 1932 Meet (Indoor)

  • Participated in the cross country and track & field teams at Shenendehowa High School starting in eighth grade
  • Was named to the Honor Roll
