2023 (GRADUATE STUDENT):
  • Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholar Sport Winner for Water Polo
  • ACWPC All-Academic Team selection with "Superior" distinction
  • MAAC All-Academic Team & MAAC Academic Honor Roll member
  • Named the Leo Dufort Female Student Athlete of the Month for March 2023
  • Served as a team captain 
  • Played in 13 matches
  • Recorded 16 goals and nine assists for a total of 25 points
  • Held a .471 shot percentage over 34 attempts
  • Made 22 steals while drawing 11 exclusions and making three field blocks
2022 (SENIOR):
  • Named an All-America Honorable Mention selection by the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches
  • Named the MAAC Offensive Player of the Week on February 23

  • Played in all 13 games, leading the team in assists (20), ranking second on points (49) and third in goals (29)
  • Also ranked second in steals (17), and added three field blocks 
  • Led team with a .569 shooting percentage
  • Ranked eighth in points per-game (3.77), ninth in steals per-game (1.31), ninth in assists per-game (1.54), 10th in the MAAC in goals per-game (3.62) and tied for 10th in points
  • Recorded eight multi-goal performances, including five hat tricks, two four-goal games and a program record seven goals in the team's 27-5 win over Connecticut College on March 8
2019 (FRESHMAN):
  • ACWPC All-Academic selection, "Oustanding" distinction

  • Appeared in all 32 matches 
  • Made 30 goals and added 29 assists for 59 total points
  • Registered 119 shots for a .252 shot percentage
  • Second on the team with 20 drawn ejections, while leading the team with 53 steals
  • Went 1-4 on sprint opportunities
  • Had six multi-goal performances, including four hat tricks
  • Scored four goals against La Salle on February 9 and against Caltech on March 2
BEFORE SIENA:
  • Competed at St. Stithians College in South Africa
  • Won a silver medal as a member of the U19 South African National Team at the 2017 EU Nations Cup
  • Won a gold medal as a member of the U17 South African National Team at the 2016 EU Nations Cup
  • Named the St. Stithians Sportswoman of the Year across all sports in South Africa
  • Also competed in hockey, netball and squash
  • Was ranked number one in her province (Guateng) in squash
PERSONAL:
  • Born on February 26
  • Called up to the South African National Team in September 2018 to compete at the 2018 FINA Water Polo World Cup
  • Daughter of Chris & Karen Prinsloo
  • Father represented South Africa on the National Water Polo Team and was one of the first FINA water polo referees
  • Mother represented her province for synchronized swimming and was the manager for the South African team that competed in the Junior World Championships
  • Has a sister - Samantha
  • Earned a Bachelor's degree in Data science & Mathematics and is currently pursuing a Master's in Business Analytics
  • Chose Siena because it was the best all-around school
