Part of the 4x400m relay that set the school record on March 30, 2019: 3:24.41
Part of the 4x800m relay that set the school record on May 16, 2021: 7:46.67

2020-21 (SENIOR):
  • MAAC All-Academic Team & MAAC Academic Honor Roll member
  • Placed 116th at the MAAC Men's Cross Country Championships
  • Competed in six outdoor track events
  • Part of the 4x400 relay team that ran the ninth-fastest time in program history at the UB Twilight Meet on April 23 (3:36.14)
  • Placed 15th individually in the 800 and part of the 4x800 relay team that finished sixth at the 2021 MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships
  • Part of the 4x800 relay team that set the school record with a sixth-place finish at the 2021 IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track Championships (7:46.67) 
2019-20 (JUNIOR):
  • MAAC Academic Honor Roll member 
  • Competed in five cross country & seven indoor track events
  • Ran a personal best in the 8k at the Paul Short Run on October 5 (27:15.3)
  • Placed 124th at the MAAC Cross Country Championships 
  • Ran personal bests in the 400m (55.16) & 500m (1:10.63) at the Utica Invitational on January 18
  • Ran a personal best in the 1000m at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational on February 14 (2:30.62)
  • Placed ninth in the 800m and part of the 4x800m relay at took sixth at the MAAC Indoor Track Championships 
  • Part of the distance medley relay team that comepted at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track Championships
2018-19 (SOPHOMORE):
  • MAAC Academic Honor Roll member 
  • Competed in five indoor track events and six outdoor track meets 
  • Took second in the 1000 meter race at the Utica College Blue & Orange Invitational on Feb. 2 (2:37.20)
  • Part of relays that placed third in both the 4x800 and the DMR at the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships Feb. 16-17
  • Part of the DMR team that placed 21st at IC4A-ECAC Indoor Track & Field Championships March 1-3
  • Ran a personal best 1:54.91 in the 800 meter race at the Bison Outdoor Classic on April 13
  • Placed fourth in the 800 at the Bobbi Palma UAlbany Spring Classic April 18-20
  • Placed 7th in the 800 and 5th in the 4x800 relay at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships May 4-5
2017-18 (FRESHMAN):
  • Competed in two cross country events and three indoor track meets
  • Part of the 4x800 relay that placed second at the Cornell Upstate Challenge on Jan. 20
  • Part of the 4x800 relay that finished seventh at the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Champonships on Feb. 18

  • Ran cross country and track for four years of high school

  • Was named the Freshman MVP in 2013
