- Daughter of Kevin Burek & Emelene Bennett-Burek
- Has a twin brother - ThomasÂ
- Mother was a member of the track & field team at Wagner College from 1985-87
- Brother is a thrower for the SUNY Cortland track & field teamÂ
- Uncle also attended SienaÂ
- Planning to major in marketing or business
- Chose Siena because of its community and family atmosphereÂ
