  • USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree for cross country 
  • Served as the Siena President and MAAC Chair of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC)

  • Honored with the Siena Athletics "Saint Award" and finalist for the Siena Female Student Athlete of the Year award

  • Competed in eight cross country, six indoor track, and eight outdoor track events
  • Finished 23rd at the MAAC Cross Country Championships, 186th at the NCAA Division I Northeast Regional Cross Country Championships, and 65tha at the ECAC Cross Country Championships 
  • Ran a personal best in the 3,000 (10:02.64) at the Hemery Valentine Invitational on February 12
  • Finished sixth in the mile and part of the 4x800 relay that took fifth at the MAAC Indoor Track Championships

2020-21 (SOPHOMORE):

  • Earned All-MAAC and MAAC All-Rookie Team honors with an eighth-place finish at the 2021 MAAC Women's Cross Country Championships
  • Ran the ninth-fastest time in program history in the 1500 with an 11th-place finish at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (4:48.72)
  • Also placed 19th in the 5000 at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships
  • Ran the fifth-fastest outdoor time in the 3000 with an 11th-place finish at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (10:25.30)
2019-20 (FRESHMAN):

  • Competed in five indoor track events
  • Finished fifth in the 1000m run at the Utica Invitational on January 18
  • Placed 16th in the 3000m race at the MAAC Indoor Track Championships
BEFORE SIENA:
  • Placed second at the 2018 Monroe County Cross Country Championships
  • Placed third at the 2018 Section V Class A Cross Country Championships
  • Three-time All-Greater Rochester First Team member & three-time Honorable mention 
  • NYPHSAA Scholar Athlete
  • Finished 22nd at the New York State Class A Championship
  • Won the 1500m at the 2018 Section V Class A Championship, won the 3km at the 2018 Section V State Qualifier and finished 12th at the Emerging Elite head of the 2018 New Balance Outdoor National 2-mile Championship
  • Ran personal bests of 4:45.16 in the 1500 and 10:18.22 in the 3km

  • Related to James McDade, who won the 1930 AAU 9-mile run in Staten Island, NY and was a professional runner for Millrose Athletic Club
  • Majoring in psychology and spanish, with plans to be a clinical psychologist  
  • Chose Siena because they are a strong school both academically & athletically
