Biography
SPRING 2016:
- Sunk the decisive putt in the first playoff hole to help Siena claim the MAAC Championship Title
- Tied for sixth in the MAAC Championship (4/22)
- Named MAAC Men's Golfer of the Week (3/16)
- Shot a season best even par (72) in the second day of the MAAC Championship
- Took part in the NCAA Tucson Regional (5/17)
- Saw action in six tournaments
- Part of the MAAC All-Academic Team
FALL 2015:
- Competed in the ECAC Division 1 Men's Championship T-8th (9/29)
- Saw action in the Lehigh University Invitational T-7th (10/16)
- Participated in four fall tournaments
SPRING 2015:
- Named to 2015 MAAC All-Academic Team
- Named Siena College's Leo Dufort Male Student Athlete of the Month for April
- Finished team best 4th in the Lonnie Barton Invite (3/10)
- Team best, T-33 out of 89 golfers in TDID Invite (4/12)
- Finished team best T-5 with personal best 70pts in round 2 of MAAC Tournament (4/26)
FALL 2014:
- Finished T-38 out of 75 golfers at Colgate Invite (9/7)
SPRING 2014:
- Finished second on the team in Lafayette Invitational
- Finished the MAAC Championship tied for 5th, leading the team
FALL 2013:
- Saw action in The Connecticut Cup (10/15) earning tying the lowest round score with a 76 in the second round
- Finished T25 as part of the team's top-5 finish at the Lehigh Invitational (10/28) with a 36-hole score of 162
- The Saints' top finisher at the Colgate Invitational (9/8) with an overall T27 finish with lowest rounds of the season, shooting a 75 in the second and third rounds
BEFORE SIENA:
- Attended River Dell Regional High School
- Won the individual title at the Big North Golf Championship (Bergen County) at Valley Brook Golf Club as a senior
- Represented River Dell at State golf Tournament
- Second team All-Bergen County team in 2011
PERSONAL:
- Son of Sunhee Kim
- Chose Siena because of the academic reputation and the opportunity to play division-1 golf
