Position Description:
Siena College, a NCAA Division I institution and member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, is seeking an aquatics coordinator/head women's water polo coach. Siena is entering its second year of varsity water polo competition. This is a full time position. The person will be responsible for the management of an NCAA Division I scholarship program to include recruiting, scheduling, practice organization, coaching technique/skills and overall conduct of student athletes. Aquatics duties will include coordination of all pool related activities (lifeguards, safety plan, working with plant operations on maintenance, facility oversight) Siena College is located in Loudonville, NY, just two miles north of Albany.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required. Playing and/or coaching experience preferred.
