It's that time of year again! The 7th Annual Saints Alive Shootout presented by Albany International is right around the corner. This year's Shootout is scheduled for Monday, June 23 at Shaker Ridge Country Club in Loudonville, NY.
This enormously popular event links golfers with Siena College coaches, staff, alumni and friends. The day begins with a lunch followed by the scramble format tournament and distinctive Post Round Shootout. The Shootout portion of the day has always been a crowd favorite. From there enjoy cocktails and dinner with an outstanding silent auction ongoing.
Last year's Shootout raised over $26,000 for Siena's sport medicine and student-athletes. The event began as a way to get the Siena community together in the summer and share in all the year's accomplishments. Today's Shootout has become a highly successful event with a continually sold out field. Many have tabbed the Shootout as one the Capital Region's premier sports and entertainment events because of the great golf, big tournament feel and post round entertainment.
With all the day has to offer, (golf, lunch, dinner, cocktails, prizes and auctions and a chance to spend time with Siena coaches) the 2003 Shootout looks to continue the successful tradition of the event. The price for the day's activities is $190 per golfer with a portion of this price considered a charitable contribution to Siena athletics. If you are unable to make the golf portion you can still attend the post round cocktail hours and auction for $50 per person.
