Position Description:
Siena College, a NCAA Division I institution and member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, is seeking a head men's lacrosse coach/operations assistant. This is a full time12-month position with benefits. Coaching responsibilities will include the management of an NCAA Division I scholarship program to include recruiting, scheduling, practice organization, coaching technique/skills, monitoring of academics and overall conduct of student athletes. Operations assignments include, but are not limited to assisting athletic business office with team and staff travel logistics, liaison with grounds department on preparation of varsity athletic venues, limited general building supervision.
Qualifications:
Candidate should possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree. Playing and/or coaching experience preferred. Other athletic/recreation experience is helpful.
