On August 6, the annual Saints Alive! Picnic was held on the Siena College campus. The Picnic has always been a great way for the Saints Alive! members and the Siena coaches and staff to get together in a casual setting, have a great meal, talk about the past year and what to look for in the future. The crowd of over 75 people heard Men's Basketball Coach Rob Lanier, Women's Assistant Basketball Coach Andrea Woodbury, and other coaches discuss the major impact Saints Alive! has on their programs. Many local television stations were on hand to take in the festivities and see if the basketball coaches had any predictions for the upcoming season. All of the attendees were involved in the free raffle of Siena apparel, many going home a winner.
