Why is Siena Basketball moving to a digital ticketing delivery system?
 
  • Fast and easy entry to all MVP Arena Siena Basketball Games using your mobile phone or smart device
  • The ability to manage, transfer and pay invoices by logging on www.sienasaints.com/accountmanager
  • Reduced risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit or forgotten tickets
How will the mobile ticket delivery work?
Tickets can be accessed by logging into your season ticket account on www.sienasaints.com/accountmanager. 
Tickets will be added to your account closer to the basketball season. Then fans will have the ability to send them to others or download them to your smartphone.
Will parking passes be affected by the move to mobile ticketing?
Parking passes will still be printed and mailed out.
What if I arrive at different times than the fans I share my tickets with?
You can easily transfer the tickets to them for their entry. Each person will need a ticket to scan in.
Can you have more than one ticket on your phone?
Yes, if you arrive at the same time with someone else. You will have the ability to swipe through multiple seats/tickets to scan in at the gate.
May I transfer my tickets more than one time?
No. Tickets may only be transferred once, however, a transfer may be canceled before it is completed.
Should I download the tickets before the game?
Yes, we recommend you download your tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet. This way you will not run into any connection issues at MVP Arena.
