MAAC All-Academic Team member for all three seasons
MAAC Academic Honor Roll member
Competed in six cross country & four indoor track events
Finished 46th at the MAAC Cross Country Championships
Placed 18th with a personal best of 5:26.58 in the mile and was part of the 4x400m relay team that took seventh at the MAAC Indoor Track Championships

2018-19 (JUNIOR):

MAAC All-Academic Team & Academic Honor Roll member
Competed in seven cross country events and six outdoor track meets
Ran a personal best 18:44.3 in the 5k at the R.K. Munsey/UAlbany XC Invitational on Oct. 12
Participated in the 6k at the MAAC Cross Country Championships and the NCAA DI Northeast Region Cross Country Championships
Placed second in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the Black & Gold Invitational on March 29
Placed eighth in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships on May 5 with a personal best 11:18.29

2017-18 (SOPHOMORE):

Set personal bests in the 1500 (4:56.39) and the 3000 (10:47.13) at the Bison Outdoor Classic April 14-15
Won the 3000 meter steeplechase at the Capital District Classic on April 29

2016-17 (FRESHMAN):

Competed in six cross country events, one indoor track meet and three outdoor events
Set a 6k personal record of 22:42.2 at the Paul Short Race
Ran a 18:51.7 personal record 5K at the UAlbany XC Invitational
Finished eighth in the 4x100m relay to set the school record at the MAAC Outdoor Championship
Took 15th in the 3000m steeplechase at the MAAC Outdoor Championship
Participated in the NCAA DI Northeast Cross Country Region Championships on Nov. 11
