• Opened the year with a season-best 6K time of 21:22.3 at the Marist Invitational on Aug. 30
• Posted a 25:58.8 performance at the Paul Short Run on Oct. 3
• Finished 154th in 26:51.6 at the IC4A/ECAC Cross Country Championship on Oct. 17
• Closed the season with a season-best 8K time of 25:48.3 and season-best finish of 46th at the MAAC Cross Country Championships on Nov. 1
• Competed in nine track meets across six events including the mile, 800m, 3,000m, 5,000m, 10,000m and 4x400 relay
• Posted season-best marks of 4:31.85 in the mile, 2:04.23 in the 800m, 8:49.32 in the 3,000m, 15:26.62 in the 5,000m and 33:03.14 in the 10,000m
• Opened the season by finishing seventh in the mile (4:31.85) at the Crowell Invitational & Multi on Dec. 6
• Ran a season-best 8:49.32 in the 3,000m at the BU John Thomas Terrier Classic on Jan. 31
• Posted 15:26.62 in the 5,000m at the Jaylin Rainford Invitational on March 28
• Finished 10th in the 10,000m (33:03.14) at RPI Under the Lights on April 11
• Added an 800m time of 2:04.23 and helped the 4x400 relay place seventh in 3:48.39 at the Capital District Classic on April 24
• Competed in both the 10,000m (33:26.19) and 5,000m (15:44.14) at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships on May 10

• Finished in fourth place in the 5000-meter at the Utica Winter Open on Jan. 17
• Ran a personal best 8:54.06 in the 3,000-meter at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic on Jan. 31-Feb. 1
• Placed 18th overall in the Black & Gold Invitational with a personal best of 15:16.17 in the 5,000-meter on Mar. 28-29
• Closed out the one-mile event in a personal best 4:28.20 at the Bison Outdoor Classic on Apr. 12-14 (20th overall finish)
• Finished with a personal best time of 4:06.53 in the 1,500-meter of the RPI Capital District Classic Invitational on Apr. 25

• Ran 15:32.64 in the men's 5000-meter to finish 12th overall in the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships
