AS A JUNIOR:
- Set a personal record time of 26:08.2 at the MAAC Cross Country Championships
- Finished 25th at the MAAC Indoor Championship in the 3000m
- Came in 23rd at the MAAC Outdoor Championship in the 5000m
AS A SOPHOMORE:
- Finished the MAAC Championships (10/31) with an 8K time of 27:51.0
- Completed the 20th Annual Monmouth Invitational (9/20) with a 5-mile time of 30:13.2
- Appeared in the Saratoga Invitational (9/13) completing a final 6K time of 21:35.0
AS A FRESHMAN:
- Ran in the Trinity College Bantam Invitational finishing with a time of 18:30
- Finished the Br. Doyle Meet of Champions at a time of 29.52.59
- Saw action in the James Earley Invitational for Siena completing a final time of 27:35.69
- Completed the 47th Annual UAlbany Invitational with a final time of 27:59.6
- Participated in the ECAC/IC4A Championships finishing at 28:40.7
BEFORE SIENA:
- New York State Athletic Scholar for four years
- High school team won three consecutive sectional titles
- Qualified for states all three of those years
- Cross country and track captain senior year
