2022-23 (SOPHOMORE):
  • Named the MAAC Male Cross Country Runner of the Week on September 28
  • Competed in six cross country, six indoor track, and seven outdoor track events
  • Finished 46th at the MAAC Cross Country Championships
  • Ran a personal best in the mile (4:15.95) at the Terrier Classic on January 27
  • Ran a personal best in the 1,000 (2:32.49) at the Valentine Invite on February 10
  • Finished 12th in the mile and part of the 4x400 team that placed seventh at MAAC Indoor Track Championships
  • Part of the 4x800 team that placed ninth at IC4A Indoor Track Championships
  • Ran a personal bet in the 800 (1:55.03) at the Ebanks Invitational on April 7
  • Ran personal bests in the 1,500 (3:57.25) and the 3,000 (8:47.34) at the Bison Outdoor Classic
  • Part of the 4x800 team that finished second at MAAC Outdoor Track Championships and seventh at the IC4A Championships
2021-22 (FRESHMAN):
  • Competed in six cross country, five indoor track, and six outdoor track events
  • Finished 97 at the 2021 MAAC Cross Country Championships
  • Placed 73rd at the 2021 IC4A Cross Country Championships
  • Ran a personal best in the 1,000 (2:36.99) at the Gotham Cup on January 21
  • Finished 11th individually in the mile, and part of the 4x400 replay that placed sixth at the 2022 MAAC Indoor Track Championships
  • Placed 19th individually and was part of the 4x400 relay team that took seventh at the 2022 MAAC Outdoor Track Championships

  • Two-time New York State Indoor Track Championship Qualifier in the 1600
  • Qualified for the New York State Cross Country Championships in 2018
  • Best times of 2:39 in the 1k, 4:30 in the 1600, and 9:58 in the 3200
