2022-23 (SENIOR):
  • CSC Academic All-District selection
  • MAAC All-Academic Team & MAAC Academic Honor Roll member
  • Given the Male Cross Country Most Improved award
  • Competed in five cross country, two indoor track, and six outdoor track events
  • Placed 80th at MAAC Cross Country Championships
  • Finished 17th in the 10,000 at the MAAC Outdoor Track Championships 
2021-22 (JUNIOR):
  • Given the Male Coaches' Award for the 2021-22 season
  • MAAC All-Academic Team & MAAC Academic Honor Roll member
  • Competed in seven cross country, fou indoor track, and three outdoor track events
  • Placed 90th at both the MAAC and IC4A Cross Country Championships
  • Ran a personal best in the 3,000 (9:11.15) at the Utica Invitational on February 5
  • Placed 20th in the 5,000 at the MAAC Indoor Track Championships with a personal best time of 15:53.12
  • Ran a personal best in the outdoor 10k (33:23.39) at the Black & Gold Invitational on April 1

  • Finished 95th at the MAAC Cross Country Championships
  • Took 23rd in the 5000m at the MAAC Indoor Track Championships
