Tyler Griffin was officially named the assistant cross county and track coach on September 18, 2025.
The former assistant coach of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga program comes to Loudonville after serving a six-year stint with the Mocs.
"We are very excited about Tyler joining us at Siena,” DeBole said.
“He brings more than a decade of experience and has a proven track record of recruiting and developing great talent. Tyler is a D3 NCAA Champion in the mile and brings firsthand knowledge of what it takes to win. We are looking forward to his expertise and continuing to develop this program into a MAAC powerhouse.”
From his time at UT-Chattanooga, Griffin served on a coaching staff that produced a total of 21 Top-10 school performances with seven named to the SOCON Cross Country All-Freshmen Team, five student athletes named to the Indoor Track SOCON All-Freshmen team and two others named to the Outdoor Track SOCON All-Freshmen team.
In all, the Mocs also had two individual All-SOCON performers, an individual SOCON champion in outdoor track, two more individual All-SOCON performers for indoor track and one first team selection on the SOCON cross country team.
