2020-21 (SENIOR):
  • Served as a team captain
  • Placed 73rd at the 2021 MAAC Men's Cross Country Championships
  • Competed in three outdoor track events
  • Placed 29th in the 5000 at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships
2019-20 (JUNIOR):
  • Competed in five cross country & three indoor track events
  • Set a new personal best in the 8k at the Paul Short Run on October 5 (27:35.6)
  • Placed 108th at the MAAC Cross Country Championships
2018-19 (SOPHOMORE):
  • Competed in four cross country events, on indoor track meet and five outdoor track meets
  • Ran a personal best 29:54.6 in the five mile race at the National Catholic Invitational on Sept. 14
  • Ran a personal best 17:38.4 in the 5k at the CCSU Mini Meet on Oct. 19
  • Ran a personal best 9:41.23 in the 3000-meter race at the Bison Outdoor Classic on April 13
  • Ran a personal best 16:38.33 in the 5000-meter at the RPI Capital District Classic on April 18
2017-18 (FRESHMAN):
  • Competed in four cross country meets, three indoor track events and four outdoor track meets
  • Ran a personal best 28:57.8 in the 8k at the Paul Short Open on Sept. 29
  • Ran a personal best 2:58.73 in the 1000-meter face at the Middlebury Invitational on Jan. 26
  • Ran a personal best 4:48.08 in the mile at the Boston University David Heremy Valentine Invitational on Feb. 9
  • Ran a personal best 4:37.68 in the 1500-meter run at the Black & Gold Invitational on March 31
BEFORE SIENA:
  • Ran cross country and track starting in first grade
  • Played lacrosse freshman and sophomore year of high school
  • Boys Second Team All-Star in Cross Country his senior year
  • Earned the Community Service award all four years
  • Freshman year won the Most Valuable Athlete and Coach's Award for cross country
  • Won the Team Leadership Award in Track & Field his sophomore year
  • Tallied his second straight Most Valuable Cross Country athlete award his sophomore year
  • Earned the 2016 Runners Award and Student Athlete Award for Track & Field
  • Outstanding Senior Award in Track and Field his senior year and Heart of a Lion Award in Cross Country
