• Opened the year with a season-best 6K time of 21:21.9 at the Marist Invitational on Aug. 30
• Posted a season-best 8K time of 26:09.2 and placed 39th at the Jasper Fall XC Invitational on Sept. 13
• Recorded a 26:32.7 effort at the IC4A/ECAC Cross Country Championship on Oct. 17
• Finished the season with a 79th-place finish in 26:25.1 at the MAAC Cross Country Championships on Nov. 1
• Competed in nine track meets across six events, recording three top-five finishes
• Posted season-best marks of 4:33.25 in the mile and 4:14.14 in the 1,500m
• Helped the 4x800 relay place second in 8:11.59 at the Jaylin Rainford Invitational on March 28
• Finished third in the 1,500m (4:14.14) at RPI Under the Lights on April 11

• Personal best 8:40.31 in the 3000-meter of the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic on Jan. 31-Feb. 1
• Personal best 4:20.65 in the one-mile event of the Fastrack National Invite on Feb. 7
• Placed fourth overall in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the Black & Gold Invitational on Mar. 28-29
• Placed eighth overall in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the 2025 MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships on May 10-11

• Finished 19th overall (9:44.02) in the men 's 3,000-meter steeplechase
• Placed sixth overall (9:28.21) in the men's 3,000-meter steeplechase at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships
• Ran the men's 3,000 steeplechase in 9:14.70 to earn a second place finish in the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships
• Was second in the men's 3,000-meter steeplechase (9:57.46) in the Black & Gold Invitational

• Honorable Mention NY All-State Class A selection in 2022
• Won the 2023 Section V 3k steeplechase event
• Took second at the 2022 Monroe County Cross Country Championship
• Best times include 9:26.43 in the 3,200 and 9:44.00 in the steeplechase
