  • Earned All-MAAC honors for a sixth place finish at the MAAC Cross Country Championships

  • Won the 8k at the R.K. Munsey/UAlbany XC Invitational on Oct 12 
  • Placed 6th in the 8k at the MAAC Cross Country Championships on Oct. 27
  • Placed 134th in the 10k at the NCAA DI Northeast Region Cross Country Championships on Nov. 9
  • Placed third in the mile at the Great Dane Classic on Jan. 12
  • Took second in the mile with a personal best time of 4:11.76 and was part of the 4x400 relay team that placed third at the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships Feb. 16-17
  • Placed 21st in the mile at IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track & Field Championships March 1-3
  • Won the 1500 at the Black & Gold Invitational on March 29

  • Placed 7th in the 8k at the MAAC Cross Country Championships on Oct. 28
  • Placed 5th in the five mile at the IC4A-ECAC XC Championships on Nov. 19
  • Won the mile and the 4x800 relay at the Cornell Upstate Challenge on Jan. 20
  • Took fourth place in the 800 and the distance medley relay at the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships Feb. 17-18
  • Part of the DMR relay that placed eighth at the ECAC-IC4A Championships on March 2
  • Won the 1500 at the Black & Gold Invitational on March 31

  • Qualified for the ECAC/IC4A Championship in the 800m (Outdoor)
  • Took seventh place at the ECAC/IC4A Championship (Outdoor) with a school record 1:51.26
  • Took silver in the 800m at the MAAC Outdoor Championship
  • Won the 800m sprint at the UAlbany Spring Classic (Outdoor), Utica College Pioneer Invitational (Indoor)
  • Finished in the top-five in the 800m eight times during the track season
