2021-22 (SENIOR):
  • MAAC All-Academic Team & MAAC Academic Honor Roll member 
  • Ran in five cross country, four indoor track, and three outdoor track events
  • Placed 123rd at the MAAC Cross Country Championships
  • Part of the women's 4x400 team that placed eighth at the MAAC Outdoor Track Championships
2020-21:
  • Named to the MAAC Indoor Track & Field 40th Anniversary Team 
  • Did not compete in any events
2019-20 (JUNIOR):
  • MAAC All-Academic Team member for all three seasons
  • MAAC Academic Honor Roll member
  • Competed in five cross country & seven indoor track events
  • Set a new personal best in the 6k (25:23.3) at the Paul Short Run 
  • Placed 110th at the MAAC Cross Country Championships
  • Played 16th in the 800 and part of the 4x800 team that took seventh and the DMR squad that placed 2nd at the MAAC Indoor Track Championships
  • Part of the distance medley relay team that broke the school record at IC4A/ECAC Championships on March 8
2018-19 (SOPHOMORE):
  • MAAC All-Academic & Academic Honor Roll member
  • Competed in four cross country meets and one indoor track event
  • Ran a personal best 26:19.8 in the 6k at the MAAC XC Championships on Oct. 27
  • Ran a personal best 11:41.1 in the 3k at the CCSU Mini Meet on Oct. 19
  • Rank a personal best 21:33.6 in the 5k at the R.K. Munsey / UAlbany XC Invitational on Oct. 12
2017-18 (FRESHMAN) :
  • MAAC Academic Honor Roll member
  • Competed in six indoor track meets and six outdoor track events
  • Part of the 4x800 yard relay that placed third at the Cornell Ustate Challenge on Jan. 20
  • Part of the distance medley relay that placed second (12.04.81) at the MAAC Championship on Feb. 18
  • Part of the 4x800 yard relay that placed second at the Black & Gold Invitational on March 31
BEFORE SIENA:
  • Three-sport athlete playing soccer, basketball and running track & field
  • Was the 4x400m Penn Relay Champion in 2016
  • Earned All-Conference honors

  • Daughter of Robert and Joyce Bednarek
  • Has five younger sisters - Maggie, Lindsay, Casey, Nellie and Arabella, and two younger brothers - Archie and Teddy
  • Sister, Maggie, plays basketball at Catholic University 
  • Majoring in political science 
  • Chose Siena because of the track program
