2020-21 (SENIOR):
  • MAAC All-Academic Team & MAAC Academic Honor Roll member
  • Served as a team captain
  • Placed 60th at the 2021 MAAC Men's Cross Country Championships
  • Competed in four outdoor track events
  • Part of the 4x800 relay team that ran the fifth-fastest time in program history at the 2021 MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (7:52.13)
  • Placed 20th individually in the 1500 at the 2021 MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships
2019-20 (JUNIOR):
  • MAAC All-Academic Team member for all three seasons
  • MAAC Academic Honor Roll member 
  • Served as a team captain
  • Competed in five cross country & seven indoor track events
  • Set a personal best in the 8k at the Paul Short Run on October 5 (26:50.1)

2017-18 (FRESHMAN):

  • Competed in four cross country events, six indoor track meets and six outdoor meets 
  • Part of the 4x400 relay that placed second at the Cornell Upstate Challenge on Jan. 20
  • Ran a personal best 4:27.90 in the mile at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational on Feb. 9
  • Part of the distance medley relay team that placed fourth at the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships 
  • Part of the distance medley relay team that placed eighth that ECAC-IC4A Indoor Championships 
  • Ran personal bests in the 800-meter (1:59.85) and the 1500-meter (4:01.50) at the Bison Outdoor Classic April 14-15
