2022-23 (JUNIOR):
  • MAAC All-Academic Team & MAAC Academic Honor Roll member
  • Competed in five cross country, four indoor track, and one outdoor track event
  • Finished 41st at MAAC Cross Country Championships
  • Placed 193rd at IC4A Cross Country Championships
  • Ran a new personal best in the 3,000 (8:49.05) at the Terrier Classic
  • Finished 19th in te 3,000 at MAAC Indoor Track Championships
2021-22 (SOPHOMORE):
  • MAAC All-Academic Team & MAAC Academic Honor Roll member 
  • Competed in four cross country, two indoor track, and six outdoor track events
  • Ran a personal best time in the mile (4:42.04) at the Utica Invitational on February 5
  • Ran a personal best time in the 5,000 (15:17.94) at the Rider Invitational on April 23
  • Finished tenth in the 3,000 steeplechase at the MAAC Outdoor Track Championships 
2020-21 (FRESHMAN):
  • MAAC Academic Honor Roll member
  • Placed 44th at the 2021 MAAC Men's Cross Country Championships
  • Took part in seven outdoor track events
  • Ran the seventh-fastest time in program history in the 3000 steeplechase with a 22nd place finish at the ECAC/IC4A Championships on May 16
  • Logged the 15th-fastest outdoor time in the 5000 with a 18th place finish at the 2021 MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships 
  • Placed seventh in the 3000 steeplechase at the 2021 MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships
  • Ran the 24th best time in program history in the 1500 at the Redhawks Invitational on April 16 (4:08.35)
  • Ran the 13th fastest outdoor time in program history in the 3000 at the Buffalo Mid-Week Invite on March 24 (9:07.97)
BEFORE SIENA:
  • Helped his team capture the 2019 Section V Cross Country Championship
  • Individual Sectional Champion in the 3200m during the 2020 Section V Indoor Track Championships
  • Qualified for the New York State Indoor Track Championships in the 1600m
  • Qualified individually for the 2018 New York State Cross Country Championships
  • Placed 16th in the 2018 New York State Class B Cross Country Championships
  • Two-time All-Greater Rochester selection
  • Four-time First Team All-County honoree
