2025-26 (SENIOR):
  • Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team
  • Competed in four cross country meets as a senior
  • Recorded a season-best finish of 68th at the Jasper Fall XC Invitational on Sept. 13
  • Posted a season-best 6K time of 23:21.0 at the Paul Short Run on Oct. 3
  • Finished 138th at the IC4A/ECAC Cross Country Championship on Oct. 17
  • Closed the season with a 69th-place finish at the MAAC Cross Country Championships on Nov. 1
  • Competed in six meets, racing the mile, 1,500m, 3,000m and steeplechase
  • Posted season-best marks of 5:32.92 in the mile, 10:44.50 in the 3,000m, 4:57.66 in the 1,500m and 11:54.12 in the steeplechase
  • Recorded a season-best 5:32.92 in the mile at the Fastrack National Invite on Feb. 6, placing 56th
  • Ran a season-best 10:44.50 in the 3,000m at the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 22, finishing 23rd
  • Posted a season-best 4:57.66 in the 1,500m at the Capital District Classic on April 24, placing ninth
  • Clocked a season-best 11:54.12 in the steeplechase at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships on May 10, finishing 10th
2024-25 (JUNIOR):
  • Placed fifth in the 3000-meter at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (11:11.49)
  • Placed eighth in the 1500-meter at the RPI Capital District Classic Invitational (4:50.62)
  • Finished 16th overall in the 3000-meter at the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships (10:17.95) 
  • Ran a personal best 5:11.61 in the Boston University David Hemery Invitational for the one-mile
  • Ran a person-best 18:24.96 in the 5,000-meter at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic
  • Set a new personal record in the 6K of the MAAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 22:58.1 
  • Made a new best time in the 3K of the CCSU Mini Meet by clocking in at 10:23.1  
2023-24 (SOPHOMORE):
  • MAAC All-Academic Team and MAAC Academic Honor Roll member
  • Ran the women's 3,000-meter in 10:25.87 at the Terrier Classic
  • Led the team in the women's mile with a time of 5:24.18 at the Deneault Invite 
2022-23 (FRESHMAN):
  • MAAC Academic Honor Roll member
  • Competed in five cross country events
  • Finished 83rd at MAAC Cross Country Championships and 259th at ECAC Cross Country Championships
BEFORE SIENA:
  • Ran four years of cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track at Terryville High School 
  • Three-time All-State selection in cross country
PERSONAL:
  • Born on October 18
  • Daughter of John & Jennifer DeForest
  • Older brother, Chris '24, is also on the cross country & track team at Siena
  • Majoring in accounting, with plans to become a CPA
  • Chose Siena because it checked all of her boxes and felt like a good fit
