2020-21 (GRADUATE STUDENT):
  • Named to the MAAC 40th Anniversary Team for indoor and outdoor track
  • Did not compete in any events on the season
2019-20 (GRADUATE STUDENT):
  • Competed in four cross country events
  • Ran a personal best in the 8k at the Paul Short Run on October 5 (26:32.4)
  • Placed 74th at the MAAC Cross Country Championships
  • Competed unattached at the Great Dane Classic on January 11 
2018-19 (SENIOR):
  • Named the MAAC Male Outdoor Track Performer of the Week on April 9
  • Named the MAAC Male Indoor Track Performer of the Week on Jan. 29
  • Competed in five cross country events, six indoor track meets and seven outdoor track events 
  • Placed 4th in the mile at the Great Dane Classic on Jan 12 (4:18.27)
  • Placed second in the 500 meter race at the Utica Blue & Gold Invitational on Feb. 2 (1:08.08)
  • Ran a personal best 4:16.21 in the mile at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational on Feb. 8 (4:16.21)
  • Placed second in the 800 (1:53.91) and third in the DMR (10:14.65) at MAAC Indoor Track Championships Feb. 16-17
  • Took home third in the 800 and fourth in the 4x400 relay at the Black & Gold Invitational March 29-30
  • Won the 800 meter race with a personal best 1:51.66 at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 6
  • Ran a personal best 3:56.45 in the 1500 meter race at the Bison Outdoor Classic on April 13
  • Placed second in the 800 (1:53.71) and fifth in the 4x800 (7:55.68) at MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships May 4-5

2017-18 (JUNIOR):
  • Competed in five cross country events, five indoor track meets and three outdoor track events 
  • Part of the 4x800 relay that took first place at the Cornell Upstate Challenge on Jan. 20 (7:58.97)
  • Finished second in the 800 meter race at the Dr. Sander Invitational Armory Challenge on Jan. 25 (1:53.01)
  • Finished third in the 800 meter race at the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 18 (1:54.80)
  • Took home eighth in the distance medley relay at the ECAC-IC4A Indoor Championships on March 2 (9:59.50)
  • Ran the 800 meter race at the IC4A-ECAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, placing 44th (1:54.98)
2016-17 (SOPHOMORE):
  • Competed in three indoor track events and four outdoor track meets 
  • Qualified for the ECAC/IC4A Outdoor Championship in the 800m
  • Took home the bronze in the MAAC Outdoor Championship in the 800m
  • Won the 800m at the Monmouth University Winter Collegiate Open (Indoor)
  • Had a second place 3000m finish at the Yale Season Opener (Indoor)
2015-16 (FRESHMAN):
  • Competed in five cross country events, and four indoor track events 
  • Finished second in the 3000m at the Yale Season Opener (Indoor)
  • First place in the 800m at the Monmouth Varsity Winter Collegiate Open (Indoor)
  • Second place team in the DMR at the Monmouth Varsity Winter Collegiate Open (Outdoor)
BEFORE SIENA:
  • Played soccer for three years before joining the cross country team as a senior
  • Won the 2014 Reebok Manhattan High School Invitational Varsity "E" race
  • Earned Section XI First Team All-County honors
  • Qualified for the State Championship Meet
  • Won multiple indoor and outdoor track invitationals
  • Captured the 800m race at the 2015 Hispanic Games (1:57.21)
  • Posted a personal record time of 2:31.18 in the 1,000m race at the Section XI League Championship
  • Won the 2015 Section XI League Championship
  • Finished ninth at the 2015 NYSPHSAA State Championships
  • Broke his high schools' records in both the 800m (1:54.33) and full mile (4:21.07)
