2020-21 (SENIOR):
  • MAAC All-Academic Team & MAAC Academic Honor Roll member
  • Competed in four outdoor track events
  • Finished 20th in the 5000 and 24th in the 1500 at the 2021 MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships
2019-20 (SENIOR):
  • MAAC All-Academic Team member for all three seasons
  • MAAC Academic Honor Roll member 
  • Named the Male Leo Dufort Student Athlete of the Month for October 2019 
  • Served as a team captain
  • Competed in five cross country events
  • Placed 38th at the MAAC Cross Country Championships
  • Participated in the NCAA Division I Northeast Region Cross Country Championships 
2018-19 (JUNIOR):
  • MAAC All-Academic Team & Academic Honor Roll member 
  • Competed in five cross country events and six indoor track meets
  • Ran a personal best 15:26.5 in the 5k at the CCSU Mini Meet on Oct. 19
  • Placed 26th in the 8k at the MAAC Cross Country Championships on Oct. 27
  • Placed 69th in the 10k at the NCAA D1 Northeast Region Cross Country Championships with a personal best 34:33.1 on Nov. 9
  • Ran a personal best 8:34.42 in the 3000 at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic on Jan. 25
  • Part of the distrance medley relay team that placed third at the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships and 21st at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track & Field Championships 
2017-18 (SOPHOMORE):
  • MAAC All-Academic Team & Academic Honor Roll member
  • Competed in six cross country events, four indoor track meets and six outdoor track meets 
  • Placed third in the 6k at the Siena Short Course Twilight Meet with a personal best time of 20:05.4
  • Placed 19th in the 8k at the MAAC Cross Country championships and participated in the 10k at the NCAA D1 Northeast Region Cross Country Championships
  • Placed 50th in the five-mile race at IC4A-ECAC XC Championships on Nov. 19
  • Part of the 4x800 relay that took first at the Cornell Upstate Challenge on Jan. 20; Also placed fourth in the mile with a personal best of 4:22.46
  • Ran a personal best 14:48.70 in the 5000 at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational on Feb. 9
  • Won the 3000 at the UAlbany Spring Classic on April 19
  • Placed fourth in the 1500 with a personal best 4:00.05 at the Capital District Classic on April 29
2016-17 (FRESHMAN):
  • MAAC Academic Honor Roll member 
  • Competed in five cross country events, four indoor track meets and five outdoor track events
  • Took 13th place at the MAAC Outdoor Championship in the 5000m
  • Finished fourth in the 3000m steeplechase at the Black & Gold Invitational
  • Placed 14th at the MAAC Indoor Championship in the 3000m
  • Had a 54th place finish at the MAAC Cross Country Championship

  • Ran cross country and track all four years at New Fairfield High School
  • Four-time All-State
  • Six-time All-Conference and All-New England

  • Played soccer and basketball in middle school while running for a local track club
