• Competed in four cross country races during the season
• Opened the year with a season-best finish of 42nd in 26:14.9 at the Jasper Fall XC Invitational on Sept. 13
• Posted a season-best 8K time of 25:55.0 at the Paul Short Run on Oct. 3
• Recorded a 26:18.0 performance at the IC4A/ECAC Cross Country Championship on Oct. 17
• Finished 61st in 26:08.7 at the MAAC Cross Country Championships on Nov. 1
• Competed in nine track meets across six events, recording two top-five finishes
• Posted season-best marks of 4:09.84 in the 1,500m, 15:40.64 in the 5,000m and 32:25.14 in the 10,000m
• Helped the 4x800 relay place second in 8:11.59 at the Jaylin Rainford Invitational on March 28
• Ran a season-best 4:09.84 in the 1,500m at the Jaylin Rainford Invitational
• Finished third in the 5,000m (15:40.64) at the Red Fox River Rumble on April 18
• Placed seventh in the 10,000m (32:25.14) at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships on May 10

• Finished eighth in the men's 10,000-meter event at the NEC Outdoor Championships (33:12.58)
• Took home a bronze medal in the 3,000-meter run at the NEC Indoor Championships (8:30.78)

• Finished in ninth place in the 5,000-meter at the NEC Outdoor Championships (15:29.95)
• Placed 10th overall in the 10,000-meter at the NEC Outdoor Championships (32:44.52)
• Was sixth in the 5,000-meter at the NEC Indoor Championships (15:15.11)
• Recorded a ninth place overall finish at the 3,000-meter event of the NEC Indoor Championships (8:48.92)
• Clocked in at 15:26.60 in the 5,000-meter at METS for a second place finish
• Part of 4x400 relay team that was seventh at the Penn 10-Select Meet (3:39.95)

• Ran the 5000m in 16:21.97 for 27th place at the NEC Outdoor Championships 
• Best 5000m came on April 23rd at the Rider Invitational, where he finished in 15:43.7 and in 29th place

• Four-year member of the Monsignor Farrell High School track team
• 2019 Staten Island Cross Country Second Team All-Star
• 2020 Staten Island Cross Country First Team All-Star
• Outdoor Freshman Island Champions
• Indoor and Outdoor XC Island Champions sophomore year
• XC Island Champions and finished second at CHSAA Intersectionals junior year.
