Part of the 4x800m relay team that set the school record on Feb. 16, 2019: 7:49.01

2019-20 (SENIOR):
  • MAAC All-Academic Team member for all three seasons
  • MAAC Academic Honor Roll member 
  • Competed in six cross country and three indoor track events 
  • Ran a personal best in the 8k at the Paul Short Run on October 5 (25:55.2)
  • Placed 37th at the MAAC Cross Country Championships
  • Participated in the NCAA Division I Northeast Region Cross Country Championships
  • Ran a personal best in the 3000m race at the Kane Invitational on February 1, placing fourth (8:58.10)
  • Placed 20th in the 5000m race and was part of the 4x800m relay that took sixth at the MAAC Indoor Track Championships 
2018-19 (JUNIOR):
  • MAAC All-Academic Team & Academic Honor Roll member
  • Competed in one cross country event, five indoor track meets and six outdoor track events 
  • Ran a personal best 4:27.91 in the mile at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic on Jan. 25
  • Ran a personal best 9:00.20 in the 3000 at the Utica College Blue & Orange Invitational on Feb. 2
  • Part of the 4x800 relay that placed third at the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 17
  • Placed third in the 5000 at the Black & Gold Invitational on March 29
  • Ran a personal best 4:03.36 in the 1500 at the Bison Outdoor Classic on April 13
  • Placed second in the 5000 at the RPI Capital District Classic on April 27 with a personal best 15:33.55
2017-18 (SOPHOMORE):

  • Competed in four cross country events and five indoor track meets
  • Ran a personal best 15:54.1 in the 5k at the CCSU Mini Meet on Oct. 20
2016-17 (FRESHMAN):

  • Competed in four cross country events and five outdoor track meets 
  • Set a personal record 27:07.2 8K record during the cross country season
  • Finished in 17th place in the 1500m at the MAAC Outdoor Championship
  • Did not compete in indoor season
