Part of the 4x100m relay team that set the school record on May 6, 2018: 55.15
Part of the 4x800m relay team that set the school record on May 16, 2021: 9:18.61


2020-21 (SENIOR):
  • Named to the MAAC Cross Country 40th Anniversary Team
  • MAAC All-Academic Team & MAAC Academic Honor Roll member
  • Placed 49th at the 2021 MAAC Women's Cross Country Championships
  • Competed in six outdoor track events
  • Finished ninth individually in the 1500 and part of the 4x800 relay that took fifth at the 2021 MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships
  • Part of the 4x800 relay team that set the school record at the IC4A/ECAC Championships on May 16 (9:18.61)
2019-20 (JUNIOR):
  • MAAC Academic Honor Roll member
  • Given the team's Women's Coaches Award 
  • Competed in seven cross country & five indoor track events
  • Earned All-MAAC honors for a 13th place finish at the MAAC Cross Country Championships
  • Participated in the NCAA Division I Northeast Region Cross Country Championships
  • Ran a personal best in the 3000m at the John Thomas Terrier Classic on January 24 (10:12.89)
  • Ran a personal best in the mile at the Ualbany Winter Classic on February 7 (5:04.95)

2018-19 (SOPHOMORE):
  • Competed in seven cross country events, five indoor track events and six outdoor track events
  • Ran the 6k at the MAAC Cross Country Championships and the NCAA Division I Northeast Region Cross Country Championships
  • Ran a personal best 10:24.45 in the 3000 at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic on Jan 25
  • Placed third in the mile at the Utica College Blue & Orange Invitational on Feb. 2
  • Ran a personal best 5:07.13 in the mile at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational on Feb. 8
  • Ran a personal best 2:18.83 in the 800 at the Bison Outdoor Classic on April 13
  • Placed 13th in the 1500 with a personal best 4:39.40 at the MAAC Outdoor Track Championships on May 4
2017-18 (FRESHMAN):
  • Competed in nine cross country events, six indoor track meets and five outdoor track events 
  • Ran a personal best 19:00.8 in the 5k at the UAlbany XC Invite on Oct. 14
  • Ran the 6k at the MAAC Cross Country Championships and the NCAA Division I Northeast Region Cross Country Championships and the 5k at the IC4A/ECAC XC Championship
  • Placed second in the 5000 at the Mark Young Invitational on April 7
  • Placed second in the 3000 at the UAlbany Spring Classic on April 19
BEFORE SIENA:
  • Four-time State Cross Country Qualifier
  • Three-time First Team All-State and one time All-State Third Team
  • Three-time First Team Patroon Conference All-Star
  • Section 2 Class D Sportsmanship Winner
  • Finished second at the Section 2 Cross Country Class D Championship
  • Fourth place at the NYS Cross Country Class D Championship
